FRANCES JOINER is a double, and a very distinctive one at that. With layers of petals neatly stacked, this "peony double" remains refined. No "bad-hair-day" for this flower! Color covers a range of peach, gold, pink, and rose. Despite being dormant, FJ performs well in most areas of the country.
