I planted Siloam David Kirchhoff last spring. It made a nice clump this year, with only a few buds. But what a lovely Daylily with its etched eyezone, and light mauve pedtals. Can't wait for it to get established.

This is one of those daylilies you have to see to believe! Once planted and blooming, you won't ever be able to walk by it without stopping. Siloam David Kirchhoff is quite the eye catcher and has a flower that you will not tire of seeing year after year.

A very slow grower and increaser. But beauty is worth waiting for.

I am certain thatDavid Kirchhoff, an outstanding hybridizer in his own right, was thrilled to have this daylily named for him by Pauline Henry. I fell in love with it about four years ago. I now have multiple clumps of SILOAM DAVID KIRCHHOFF growing on our property. One of the clumps grows in my seedling bed; hence I will never forget to use its pollen and try to pass on some of its wonderful coloration and quality of bloom to my own creations.

A very beautiful and unique eye pattern on a hardy little plant. Not the fastest increaser but distinctive and well worth the wait. Nice flower form also.

This is one of the most beautiful and exotic dalylilies I've seen. It does take a while to establish (This is the third year it's been in my garden and only this year has it had a lot of blooms and made a good size clump.). However, it is well worth the wait! The flowers are gorgeous, a lovely mauve lavendar with an incredibly delicate, etched eyezone. Its color & substance hold up well here in the hot Texas sun.

This little flower is wonderful when viewed in person. Photos do not do justice to its etched pencil eyezone. It doesn't increase as quickly as some cultivars, but it is an eyecatcher.
