I would have to give this a 10 based on the color alone. But it performs well, with high bud count. Even had a proliferation last year. Can't fault a plant that rewards you with a baby.

This lily is gorgeous! A friend of mine had it last summer in her garden. I bought one soon after I laid eyes on it. Everyone that comes to my house asks the name of it.

A very wonderful all around plant. I moved this one to a new location last fall, and this spring it still bloomed profusely. It increases very well in my zone 5.

If nothing else, this one has a one-of-a-kind color. It's a classic!

This is another nice oldie but a goodie in the daylily world. I saw a drift of these about five years ago in a woman's garden that just overwhelmed me. The photograph does not do this daylily justice. It is a lot bluer toward the throat than it appears in the photo.

This one really is a lavender and not a maroon like some of the other purples. It has the most purple cast to it of any I've seen so far.

I planted 2 Prairie Blue Eyes last year. One is growing very well and produced a lot of flowers, but the other one did not flower at all. It seems that some semi-evergreen daylilies do not do well in my area. The one that did flower was the purest lavender-blue, accented by a clear yellow throat, that I have ever seen in a daylily.
