A very pretty Daylily that blooms consistantly and is really trouble free.
However, I find it to be very slow to increase here, and it lacks the pizzazz that most of my other Daylilies have.

I couldn't stop photographing it--single blossoms, pairs, clumps, Janice Brown was beautiful any way it appeared. Rebloom went on into the fall when there wasn't a lot else to enjoy.

From 3 fans I had 5 scapes loaded with buds. Branching is also very, very good.

There is something about the eye of J.B. that I like, even though there are similar eyed plants on the market. I used it in '98 as a parent and the seedlings bloomed in '99. All of them had eyes and I am keeping them to see if they look as good this year. Maybe one of them will be good enough to register!

JANICE BROWN offers everything I love about daylilies: dependability, easy care and beautiful flowers. It blooms for a long time and is always open first thing in the morning for us early risers!

I tend to like small to mid-sized flowers, especially with eyes, so JANICE BROWN suits me just right. The color combination is beautiful, and the scapes are the right height for the size of the bloom. One of my favorites.
