Elizabeth Salter was the most outstanding daylily in our Ogunquit Maine Garden last summer. It had reached 3 full seasons and the blooms were spectacular in number and in color. I did not keep track of how long it was in bloom, but it seemed to be a very long time.

I love this peachy/melon daylily. Had good increase in the first year and lots of blooms.
Good petal substance and love the ruffles.

I love the peachy color of Elizabeth Salter. A very pretty one to own. Just bought it last year, and it bloomed for me. Waiting to see how much increase I will have this year.

I primarily got Elizabeth Salter at the insistance of a friend. I am glad I did. It is a beautiful flower, but extremely hard to set pods. I was just watering my plants today, and all I saw of Elizabeth Salter were two leaves. Not two fans, two leaves. I am hoping this will come around again.

Melon or peach I'm not sure but it is a very pretty pink. It was a little slow taking off when I first received this cultivar but it has performed well with nice branching and heavy substance. This along with the great ruffling and you have a really great plant.

Elizabeth Salter is what a modern daylily should be. It has attractive color and form, above average number of flowers over a season, hardy, good petal substance, clumps up nicely, and does not fade significantly or become like tissue paper in the sun. Try a couple in a low crystal container for that "special meal".
