Standing taller than most, the dark and rich maroon red color deserves a place close to where you walk by each day for the color doesnt travel like the brighter yellows, but it is the nicest of its color class that I grow. Substance is super, color withstands the Carolina sun and heat with brilliant success. You will love this flower too!

This is an old one, but a still very desirable one for the garden, at a very inexpensive price. Adds beautiful color to your beds and very dependable.

Not one of my first, but still look forward to seeing it every year. Never disappointed either.

One of my many favorites, deep red make a very good contrast with summer grasses. All daylilies are special. Love the new hybrids but don't forget the past ones.

Although the form on this is a bit differant, the deep dark red will catch your attention a strong bloomer very sunfast. It will suprise you.

Although not of the most modern form, this is a very pretty daylily and the most sunfast, heat tolerant red in my garden. I really like this one.

This daylily has flowers that look like dark red velvet with gorgeous thick substance. The blooms are very large and really attract attention. It makes a fine specimen.
