"I would like to say how impressed I was with my order. Most of the bulbs/rhizomes were impressively large and you even sent extra plants. The packaging was perfect; no bends or breaks. I planted them at once and they have taken off like gang busters!"

What do I do after the peonies stop blooming. Do I deadhead, cut all the greenery down or just leave it all alone to go to seed? Please help.

I also want to know what to do when the peonies are done blooming? I usually cut them down to the ground but not sure that is what I should do? Do you just take the dead flowers off and leave the shrub alone? I have four in my garden and the all the stems and leaves block the rest of my smaller flowers when they are done blooming....so I cut them back....PLEASE HELP It doesnt seem to hurt them as they bloom every year but perhaps I am inhibiting their growth by cutting back to ground. Thank You Pat Rizzo
